Order Processing

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Domestic Orders (within China)

    • Shipped via SF Express, YTO, ZTO, or similar couriers. Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days.

  • International Orders

    • We offer standard international shipping and express options (DHL/UPS/FedEx).

    • Standard shipping takes approximately 7–20 business days, while express shipping takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (please check at checkout).

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their local authorities.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts will require additional shipping fees for resending.
